The Gavatovska House

The Gavatovska house and its barn is one of the most attractive houses in the village. Unfortunately it was impossible to save the authentic stone fences considering their bad shape so the reconstruction was needed to be done, but of course using the foundation of the old ones. The main pattern of the building was absolutely preserved..

The Gavatovska house was built on few levels because of peculiarity of the landscape - at the ground floor is the tavern at the guests disposal equipped with a fireplace, kitchen annex and WC, at the next floor are situated 2 apartments with kitchen annexes and dining spots, 5 dbl rooms and a studio. All of them are with WC. Ex barn is reconstructed in a large 3-rd apartment.

The tavern is with maximum capacity of 12-15 seats. Outside of the house in front of the tavern is situated the barbecue. The apartments and the tavern are with kitchen annex equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric pot. There is a central hot water and heating. Parking is at a distance of 60 m away from the house.

 The house was built and met its first guests in October 2008.
